Event called when the active magic effect has just finished on the specified target.
Syntax
Event OnEffectFinish(Actor akTarget, Actor akCaster)
Parameters
- akTarget: The Actor this effect just finished on.
- akCaster: The Actor that cast the spell this effect is from.
