Hello!
I'm an eternally novice modder for Elder Scrolls games, with my ability not having come on since making absolutely ridiculous mods (that I deigned to keep to myself) for Morrowind, and then Oblivion. Having said that, I have some experience with using the Construction Sets, so may be able to fill out some information throughout the wiki.
