1. Tutorials? (with video)

Hi, I'm looking for a tutorial for the region generator. I've been trying to figure out how it works, but so far only the textures I applied to my region are generated, all other objects fail to generate "due to height, bounds, and textures". I'm happy with any tutorial covering region generation, I'm even happier if it's with video. -- NynaAzura 2016-02-27T13:36:40 (EST)

2. Weather Chance is weighted?

Since CoT has all its weather with chance 100 and a mentioned test here: http://www.gamesas.com/question-about-weather-chance-t377717.html

I assume the chance does not have to add up to 100 and that the chance is just a weight.
