Description
Returns 1 if the calling reference is currently being affected by the given magic effect.
Syntax:
ActorRef.HasMagicEffect EffectID
Example:
Player.HasMagicEffect 000B729D (FrostSlowConcAimed)
Returns 1 if the calling reference is currently being affected by the given magic effect.
