Talk:Creating a Companion
Locating FormList VoicesFollowNeutral formlistEdit
I was just wondering where to find FormList VoicesFollowNeutral formlist so I could create a beast companion.
- In the Object window, scroll down to Miscellaneous -> FormList. Don't forget to sign your posts so we know who we're talking to. :)

Beast CompanionsEdit
I followed these instructions to create a beast companion, but I do not get the dialogue options to tell the beast to follow me. Any help would be appreciated--Bpmadscientist 22:32, 27 February 2012 (EST)
auto-calculating statsEdit
I'm pretty certain that using "PC Level Mult" as described in the tutorial does not allow NPCs to auto-calculate their skill stats. The vanilla NPCs in the game that auto-level to match your character do not always auto-level their skill stats, although some do. For example, Farkas, a master heavy armor trainer class, will still have a heavyarmor skill level of 15 at level 50. Farkas's health does go up with his auto-leveling, although that does not seem to be the result of anything on the CK's Stats tab for NPC actors. Something else is controlling it, because setting "PC Level Mult" and Calc Min and Max will not make it happen - it only makes the NPC's level increase to match the player's.
By the way, an NPC only in the PotentialFollower faction will follow just fine. I suspect the CurrentFollower Faction is just a way for certain quests to check if you currently have a follower with you.
Relationships and Faction clarificationsEdit
In order for the NPC to show up in the tab on a new relationship, the NPC must be checked as Unique. To change the rank on faction from 0 to -1, you control click on the 0 and the cell opens and type -1. --Shalani (talk) 00:22, 7 August 2012 (EDT)
Follower AudioEdit
Does ayone know where one can find all the various audioclips that followers use, specifically? Making ones with a custom voice (even if adding them to the appropriate formlist) doesn't appear to function yet, it seems?--Roarian 11:59, 2 April 2012 (EDT)
