CanPayCrimeGold

Syntax:

ActorRef.CanPayCrimeGold factionID (optional)

Returns 1 if the actor has enough gold in inventory to pay his current crime gold, 0 if not. Uses ActorRef's crime faction unless the factionID is specified.
