Sets or clears the Actor's 'Ghost' flag. While in the Ghost state, actors are immune to all damage, and all weapons pass through them without playing hit effects or triggering hit events.
Note that this console command and flag do not cause Actors to become 'ghosts' (in the sense of ghost enemies).
