::Turns out the [[:Template:ErrorBox|ErrorBox]] was only ever created by one user, in one place, and I've since replaced that with a WarningBox anyway. It's pointless and confusing when WarningBox exists, and the ErrorBox icon could be confused with IncompletePage icon.
