On further inspection I discovered that it is not the Y angle value that corresponds to this note, and the portion about the angle being locked to -89 to 89 is wrong. Deleting note, will add correct note with correct axis information shortly.

* The Y angle is a value (theorically) from -90 to 90.  For the player, at least, however, the true in-game range is -89 to 89, with -89 if the player is looking above himself, and 89 if player is looking at his feet.
