Added note from GetAngleX page, because it actually applies to the Y axis instead. Everything in the Notes should be sorted out now.

(On further inspection I discovered that it is not the Y angle value that corresponds to this note, and the portion about the angle being locked to -89 to 89 is wrong. Deleting note, will add correct note with correct axis information shortly.)
