GetLocAliasRefTypeAliveCount
GetLocAliasRefTypeAliveCount is the Alias version of GetRefTypeAliveCount. It returns the number of currently living references of specified RefType in the Location Alias passed to this function.
NOTE: This checks references whose Editor Location is the Location only. It does NOT check for things that have "wandered" in from elsewhere.
