Syntax:
[ActorID.]HasParentRelationship ActorID
Example:
AlvorRef.HasParentRelationship DortheRef ; returns true if AlvorRef has a relationship with DortheRef where Alvor is the parent
Returns true if the calling actor has a parent relationship with the specified actor.
