PlaceLeveledActorAtMe

PlaceLeveledActorAtMe creates a new leveled Actor at the calling ref's location, and allows you to set the newly-created Actor's difficulty level and Encounter Zone.
In the list of console options:
- LevelMod corresponds to the Level Modifier dropdown on a leveled actor reference:
- 0 = Easy
- 1 = Medium
- 2 = Hard
- 3 = Boss
- 4 = None (Default)
- An Encounter Zone can be specified if desired. Otherwise, it defaults to whatever Encounter Zone the Actor is being created in.
