When importing music to the Music Track object, the correct directory to store music files is Skyrim/Data/Music (and subdirectories). Other directories may cause an "invalid directory" error in the Creation Kit. | |||
There have been numerous issues using .wav files reported, including crashes to desktop when the files are loaded within the game. These issues can be avoided by using the .xwm file format. Although the dialog for selecting audio files only appears to allow .wav extensions, use of the wildcard *.xwm in the file field will allow .xwm files to be selected. |
