"Q" toggles movement snap, but "Ctrl+Q" toggles the rotation snap.

my CK which should be default c and y are switched. c is constraining the y axis, and y is doing the camera angles. it makes sense, since zxc are right next to eachother. if someone else can confirm ill update.
