I'm a bit confused with the Editor Location concept, specially after reading the notes in GetCurrentLocation description.

Here, this function returns the location where a reference was spawned, but the other function says that many cells aren't assigned to a particular location. Does this mean that GetEditorLocation returns nothing in these cases?
