Kill Actor Event

Event triggered whenever an actor dies.
Event Data
- Killer: Actor that hit and killed the victim.
- Victim: Actor that is killed.
- Location: The Location where the event is triggered.
- Crime Status: Whether or not the kill is considered a Murder crime (0 = not murder, 1 = murder, 2 = Murder and Crime was Reported).
- Relationship Rank to Killer Before Death: The Relationship Rank between the killer and the victim before the victim died.
