Misc Tab

The dialogue in a Quest's Misc Tab will play in response to other events generated by the game. The Misc Tab can have one Topic for each of these events (Hello, Goodbye, etc.), and a stack of Infos associated with each event.

Of particular importance are:

  • Hello lines are spoken by Actors when the player first approaches them, or when the player interacts with them, when not prevented by a Blocking Branch.
  • Goodbye lines are spoken by Actors when the player leaves dialogue with them.
  • SharedInfos: SharedInfos do not trigger in response to an event, but instead contain dialogue that can be reused elsewhere in the game. See the SharedInfo page for more information.
