As of Skyrim 1.8.151, this condition function is not used in Skyrim or any of its official plug-ins. The function is deprecated.
If the run-on reference has a loaded 3D model, and if that model has the "add-ons" flag set in its BSXFlags, then this function returns 1. It returns 0 otherwise.
