GetEquippedShout

GetEquippedShout allows you to compare the reference actor's currently equipped shout with the specified shout.

[actor].GetEquippedShout ShoutID

This'll be true (1.0) if the actor's currently equipped shout is ShoutID, false (0.0) if it's not.
