I am having an issue where the merchant has the dialogue but non of the inventory in the chest shows up for him to sell, also none of my items show in the sell screen either. I have followed this tutorial to a T. Thoughthorder 19:44, 11 February 2012 (EST)

You need to tick the "not sell/buy" checkbox in the faction vendor tab. I ran into the same problem and tried this after noting that all the other merchants had this selected. There doesn't seem to be any other documentation about this checkbox that I can find anywhere, so I'm going to go ahead and add it to the page until there is real documentation.
