SetCellPublicFlag

Sets the cell's Public flag. Cells which are public cannot have trespassing, so this is useful for changing the crime behavior in cells.

Syntax:

SetCellPublicFlag CellID, Flag 
SetPublic CellID, Flag

Example:

SetCellPublicFlag WhiterunUthgerdTheUnbrokensHouse 1 ;Sets Uthgerd's house to be a public area.
