SetPCExpelled

Syntax:

SetPCExpelled FactionID iFlag

Example:

SetPCExpelled DarkBrotherhood 1

When iFlag is 1, expels the player from the specified faction, and sets the "expelled" flag to true.

When iFlag is 0, clears the "expelled" flag.
