I can't get this to work. It's as if doors and containers aren't affected by magic. Can anyone confirm this? ~ [[User:Dwarfmp|Dwarfmp]] 03:47, 29 February 2012 (EST)

I'm trying to create a weapon with an enchanment that will give off light when you equip the weapon.
I've set up the casting art and casting light in the magic effect window and everything else needed but when in game the light is only casted on the player and not on everything else in the scene, the light is an omnidirectional light ( duplicated the defaultlightblue ) .
The shadow omnidirectional light type seems to work fine lighting everithing in the scene, but this is not giving me the effect i'm looking for, so how could i make the omni light as it should and not just the character????
