:OK, the Mediawiki software has support for translations. Last I checked, Bethesda Softworks does not. The employees of Bethesda Softworks, as well as their volunteer moderators/sheriffs/regulators/whatever-we're-called-for-Skyrim speak English, and generally speaking, only English. Since moderating content in languages other than English is impossible for the staff, it was not allowed in previous Wikis. | |||
:It's conceivable that Bethsoft might be interested in changing their policy; I will ask them about it, and point out the Mediawiki support for them. However, for the time being, as far as I am aware, all content must be in English, and non-English content will have to be deleted. I am sorry, but it may be reality; Bethsoft wants to be able to maintain certain standards on the Wiki, which they cannot enforce if they cannot read a contribution. | |||
