Color Bug When Modifying ActorsEdit

There appears to be a serious bug in the editor or Skyrim itself where actor head information is concerned. If you just open the main esm and create a new esp file, go to an NPC (for example Brelyna Maryon), and select a new hairstyle, save the mod, load Skyrim, you will see a massive color distortion on the actor's head. In this case, her skin has a heavy red tone to it making it radically different than her body color. This color does not show in the Creation Kit when you go back in to check. This color shift occurs with no modification to colors on the actor whatsoever. Either there is a bug in the CK that causes bad color data to be saved to the esp (though the values reload in the CK just fine), or when Skyrim loads it is ignoring values in the esm in favor of the esp, and failing to render the esp values. Further testing where colors were changed across the entire head resulted in no change in game from the previously mentioned ruddy tone. Lip color, cheek color, eyeshadow color, are all ignored. If the interpolation slider is all the way down, the colors almost match. However, there is a shine on the head that is again not otherwise there. This has been replicated on a new NPC added to the game as well as altering an existing NPC. Until this bug is fixed, it is impossible to have NPCs that look right as they will have either severs color issues with their head, or at best you have to do things like have Dunmer look like Bosmer and have very flat complexion.

Additional head partsEdit

"Additional Head Parts: You can add new head parts (like scars) by dragging them in from the Object Window, or click on an existing feature to delete it."

To remove added parts, highlight the head parts (shift click) and click Delete on the keyboard. (You might need to recheck the model render box)
