Prison "cell"?

A simple question from a Skyrim simpleton... In the first section talking about "The Prison", it is written:

"The other [marker] is inside the prison cell"

and

"Their locations can be chosen freely (...), as long as they are not in the prison cell"

By "cell", are we taking about a cell as in the CK, or a cell as in a prison (in which case it could be in the same "CK" cell encompassing a prison where there can be more than one prison cell)? --HawkFest (talk) 2013-08-22T09:20:25 (EDT)
