Faulty reference

I wonder why some people take their time to write blatantly faulty / wrong informations, that's really odd if not tailored for Doctor Phil.. The Syntax that is shown simply don't work and the compiler spurts out an error message for each parameter. You need parenthesis enclosing parameters that are separated by comas.
