Faction Rank Convention

I was wondering if this function takes into consideration the -1 convention listed on GetFactionRank() [[1]]. When browsing in CreationKit I noticed that all the followers are technically in the faction CurrentFollowerFaction already, just with the value of -1. This means they are technically in the faction, but not in the faction by convention of what they decided -1 stands for. I don't see many references where GetFactionRank()>0 is explicitly used over GetInFaction() so I am thinking it is safe. --Darkconsole (talk) 2014-12-07T16:49:13 (EST)
