Ammo is an object type that is used by bows and projectile-type weapons. All ammo is weightless.

Ammo Dialog[edit | edit source]

  • ID: Editor ID in the Creation Kit
  • Name: Display name in-game
  • Short name: Abbreviated name in the HUD where space is tight.
  • Value: Base value of the item at vendors
  • Damage: The amount of base damage done
  • Projectile: The projectile associated with the ammo
    • Beam projectiles used for ammunition will appear to freeze and then persist for some time after being fired, even if they collide with an object or surface.
    • Cone projectiles seem to play the ammunition putdown sound for every surface and object they come into contact with, and do not appear to register hits when used as ammunition.
