Music Track

Defines an individual music track and some of its playback parameters. Music Tracks are added to the Music Type form.
- ID: unique name of the Music Track
- Track Type: select from one of three fundamental types of Music Track:
- Palette Track a multi-layer track type. Individual Music Tracks plugged into each layer will be played back at random, simultaneously with other layers.
- Duration defines the length of the Palette track. Its individual tracks across all layers will continue to play for this duration.
- Fade-Out when the duration of the Palette has been reached, the Palette will be faded out over this value in seconds.
- Silent Track useful in creating periods of silence in between traditional Music Tracks or in Palettes. Set desired duration in seconds.
- Single Track use this setting for a traditional, single Music Track.
- Palette Track a multi-layer track type. Individual Music Tracks plugged into each layer will be played back at random, simultaneously with other layers.
- Choose File points to the target music file in the game's subfolders
- Choose Finale points to a corresponding "finishing" section of a Music Track. This is used for Combat tracks, crossfading from one of the Cue Points directly into the Finale track when combat ends before the completion of a Combat track.
- Import Metadata (not supported)
- Contains Loop checkbox to indicate whether a track should be looped. Set parameters below in seconds to indicate loop points and number of iterations if necessary.
- Conditions use this to set game conditions on any individual Music Track, whether Palette, Silent or Single
