In Skyrim, an Actor's Combat AI is largely driven by code, although the choices you make in the Creation Kit will determine how the AI performs.
- An Actor's Combat Style determines the AI's general strategy (offensive vs defensive, melee vs ranged).
- Combat Override Packages can interrupt the Combat AI and instruct the Actor to perform specific actions.
- The Actor's Class, together with their Weapons and Spells, influences their choice of equipment.
