IsPoison

Returns 1 if the ref's base form is a Potion with the "is poison" flag set. Returns 0 otherwise.

This function would also return 1 if the ref's base form is any magic object whose spell type is "Poison," but outside of potions, that should only be possible if a spell is being checked via perk entry points.
