::Let's start again: The tutorial talks about NorRmSmWallSide01 and the description of Fig 5 is NorRmSmCorIn01 lined up with NorRmSmWallSide01 but in actual fact it's NorRmSmCorIn01 lined up with NorRmSmWallFront01. No matter. With my config, the snap-to-grid turned on works, but to get it to appear fitting correctly, rotate the construct to match the perspective in FIG 5. A bit fiddly. Enter Portal mode doesn't seem to have any effect here.--Lmstearn (talk) 2014-11-02T06:06:23 (EST)

No matter. With my config, the snap-to-grid turned on works, but to get it to appear fitting correctly, rotate the construct to match the perspective in FIG 5. A bit fiddly, but it seemed that the first piece was put on with snap-to-grid off. And for some strange reason the dragged in objects were all 1156 on the Z axis. Enter Portal mode doesn't seem to have any effect on object duplication here.--Lmstearn (talk) 2014-11-02T06:06:23 (EST)
