I haven't finished reverse-engineering this condition function, but I strongly believe that it returns 1 if: a live explosive has been planted in the actor's pockets; and the actor has noticed this and begun to panic (the explosive has been present for at least as long as the fProjectileInventoryGrenadeFreakoutTime game setting). It'd return 0 otherwise. This would make it a Fallout leftover.
Similarly, I haven't fully mapped out the projectile system, but it does appear that at the very least, several pieces of the "plant a live grenade in someone's pockets" functionality remain present in Skyrim's engine. DavidJCobb (talk) 18:34, 12 May 2024 (EDT)
