A Delivery Type indicates how a Spell reaches its target. The Delivery Types are:
- Self [0] - The spell targets the caster.
- Touch [1] - The spell targets someone within weapon reach (used for weapon enchantments).
- Aimed [2] - The spell launches a Projectile.
- Target Actor [3] - The spell immediately affects the Actor the caster is looking at.
- Target Location [4] - The spell immediately affects the location the caster is looking at.
